Heirloom Tomatoes W/ Fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto and Parsley-Kale Gremolata
2 Tbsps Chopped Parsley
2 Tbsps Chopped Kale
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced and Scraped Against a Cutting Board
Zest of 1 Lemon
2 Tbsps Olive Oil
Step 1: Toss tomatoes with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Step 2: Combine parsley, kale, garlic, oil and lemon.
Step 3: Combine cheese and tomato, top with gremolata and garnish with prosciutto.
